Upper Westcott is the lovely first floor apartment of a large converted house near the edge of the pretty village of Port Isaac. Parking is available for 2 cars and there is a large enclosed private garden to the front of the property, complete with garden furniture. The apartment is centrally heated.
A glassed porch area has storage for coats and shoes as well as an area for sitting to watch the children play in the garden.

Stairs lead up to a large central landing where a selection of toys and games can be found.
All other rooms lead off this area – 3 bedrooms, a newly installed kitchen with dining table, lounge, bathroom, utility room and second toilet.
The property sleeps 6-8 people in 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2-4 single beds). All bedrooms have views of the sea.

The harbour is just a 5 minute walk away with many quaint gift shops, eating establishments and shops selling popular local Cornish produce. There is a children’s play area and large open grass area just 100 metres from the apartment and a supermarket approx 200 metres away.

A bus stop with a regular service to Wadebridge is adjacent to the house.

Included: TV, DVD Player, radio/CD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electricity, duvets, pillows. Bedding and towels for indoor use available for Ł10 per person.

Change over day is Monday which avoids the worst holiday traffic.
